Scott McCarron Driver Down-the-Line Swing Analysis

For some reason, Scott has been one of my favorite golfers with a gracious rhythm and a unique swing.
Here’s the breakdown:

At takeaway, Scott’s clubhead is on-plane.

Scott gets a little upright here but it’s okay as over 50% of tour players do get more upright than stay on-plane or flat.

Scott does get right on plane at the top of his swing which proves that it’s not how you get there but you get there.

At half-way down, Scott’s swing is slightly inside the red plane line but this is ideal and I think almost 99% of golfers analyzed on ProGolferDigest.com has done this.

After impact, Scott proves that he hit his shot slightly inside-out, a nice little draw.
